Getting started
- What makes your home a home?
- Within which parameters may we start searching for you?
- Once we get to work, we register you in our system
- You are automatically shown the suitable homes on offer, often before they appear on Funda: so, there’s no more need for you to search yourself
- We see the same offer and, of course, we proactively look with you
- We also utilise our estate agents’ network in our search for your new home
Step 2
Viewing
- Have you seen something you like? Our sales department is ready to set up a viewing for you
- We prefer to accompany you to assess the home from our professional point of view. Do you prefer to do the first viewing on your own? Then we will accompany you on your second viewing.
- We look with the critical eye of an estate agent and advise on a building survey, if necessary
Step 3
Advice and negotiation
- We will find out everything about the home, from land-registry details to the owners’ association: nobody wants to buy a lemon
- When you give us the go-ahead, we will start bidding. And we enjoy that: we’re keen negotiators and we know how to keep our cool
- We don’t charge a percentage, which means we always go for the lowest purchase price under the best circumstances
Step 4
Purchase
- Congratulations!
- In many cases you are free to choose your own notary, we can help you with that
- We will guide you through the notary process and ensure all the paperwork is in order
- Once the finances are sorted, we’ll inspect the home together one more time – is everything the same as it was at the viewing?
- After the final documents have been signed, you are handed those much-coveted keys
- Of course, we remain available for questions and advice, even after the transfer
